Right in the middle of the madness of the Leidsebuurt in Amsterdam you will find the relaxed bar and club Chicago Social Club. Since its opening in March of 2011, the Chicago Social Club has earned a well-respected reputation amongst many locals and outsiders alike as a premier place to hang out and go clubbing.
Chicago Social Club is always a little bit messy but very cosy at the same time. With two floors, lots of stairs, a balcony and little spots and corners to chill out everywhere, it’s easy to find your own little place to hang for the night or to hop from one place to the next. If you’re not a big clubber, but like to spend your time in a bar instead, Chicago Social Club is your place to go as well. And it’s one of the few bars in the area that has a permit to stay open until 4am every night of the week.
Chicago Social Club is well-known for its parties with a sexy edge amongst hipsters, students, models and Dutch celebs from and from around Amsterdam.
Thursdays are reserved for the Super Social.
Fridays is when it’s really going down, with many foreign artists on the program. A new artist every week.
Saturdays are all about the more eclectic sounds – House and Disco nights!
